I'm pleased to report that Inositol has been excellent for my reproductive health. After planning a pregnancy and taking four capsules daily, I’ve noticed that my cycle has normalised, and the PMS symptoms have all but disappeared. My cravings for sweets during ovulation have vanished, and I no longer experience bloating. This vitamin seems to be doing wonders for my overall well-being, and I intend to continue this path.
